Refunds and Cancellations
If you have purchased something through our website that is damaged, faulty or incorrect.

All goods purchased on the website shopping cart must be returned with your receipt or proof of purchase.
There is no legal right to exchange or refund under The Trade Practices Act 1974 if:
Customers have simply changed their minds about the goods
Goods were damaged after the customer bought them. However, where goods are damaged due to manufacturing issues/faults, an exchange or refund will be possible as described above. A customer has no proof of purchase, i.e. the customer does not have his/her receipt. In this situation, we will only exchange/refund where authorisation from the Merchandising Manager is obtained.
How to Return Policy:
Albatross Nq golf tours accept returns for either refund or exchange up to 60 days after the purchase date. All returns must be authorised by our Merchandising Office or Manager prior to being returned.
To process a return, you must first meet these requirements:
Item(s) need to be returned within 60 days of purchase
The item(s) is in re-saleable condition (i.e. the original tags and labels are still attached, the item is in its original packaging (if any), and the item is unworn, unused and as sold)
Have your order number for a reference.
How Do I Process A Return?
Start by logging into your account
Click on ‘Completed’ Orders from the left-hand menu
Click the ‘Return Item(s)’ button next to your order containing the item you wish to return
Select the reason for returning your item
A merchandising office representative will then email you with return instructions.
Once your items have been received a refund will be processed to the credit card used to make the purchase or PayPal account. Please note: that it can take up to 5 business days for the funds to enter your account.
How Do I Process A Return If I Don’t Have An Account?
Please email the Merchandizing manager quoting the order number and the items you wish to return.
How Do I Process An Exchange?
To exchange an item please request a return via the process above and place an order for the replacement item. The refund for the original item will be processed upon receipt.
Do I have to pay for Return Shipping?
If you have changed your mind about your purchase or have ordered the incorrect size/specification, your item must be freighted back to Albatross Nq golf tours at your expense. If your purchased item is defective or has been sent incorrectly we will organise a return pickup at our expense. In either case, we freight the replacement item to you at no charge.
Receiving a Refund
Your refund will either be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card or PayPal account. Please note: Credit card refunds may take up to 5 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately, we are unable to influence this.
Cancellation
If a booking is cancelled any non-refundable deposit or payment which you have paid will not be refunded and additional cancellation charges may apply as per the following:
Up to 14 days prior to your scheduled booking date: a 25% cancellation fee will be deducted from any monies which you have already paid.
Within 14 days but up to 48 hours of your scheduled booking date: a 50% cancellation fee will be deducted from any monies which you have already paid.
Within 48 hours of your scheduled booking date: a 100% cancellation fee will apply to monies which you have already paid.
No-Shows or Terminations
If you do not show up for your booking or terminate your booking early after you have arrived you will be charged a 100% cancellation fee and will be required to pay to Albatross NQ Golf Tours the full amount of your booking less any amount which you have already paid.
